"Alpha Centauri", A compelling glazed studio ceramic wall sculpture by American artist Jeremy Briddell. Sculpted in 2015. This spectacular contemporary wall charger is double walled, wheel thrown, cut and reassembled, and then crater glazed.The inner most central core of the piece features a fired pool of glass. Composed of layers of bisected thrown discs slightly overlapping each other and slightly askew from the central oculus, this piece is reflective of Jeremy's interest in astronomic ideas and concepts.
