A 1950's circular cocktail table with a hand painted trompe-l'oeil top set into a gilded iron base. Both the top of the table and the metal base show signs of natural aging, craquelure and distressing. The motifs represented by the trompe-l'oeil relate to sporting and genteel activities, including card playing, horse racing, reading and writing.

Condition
Good. The table is in wonderful, distressed condition and has natural age marks from 60+ years of use.
