A pair of brass-plated steel dining table bases, designed in the 1970s by Pierre Cardin and possibly made by Dillingham. Each of the cage-form pieces is moveable and can be used in the square, gridded format or in a diamond shape. The bases are well-made and sturdy and would support a large glass top. They have been recently re-plated and present brilliantly. Sold only as a pair and without any top.
