A very large (94" x 67") abstract acrylic on canvas dating approximately to the 1980s and signed JC on the lower right front of the painting. Deeply textured, the artist used heavy knife work and raking through the paint to give depth and impact to this fantastic painting. The division between each square is especially raised with paint giving excellent shadow play across the surface in dramatic lighting.
