"The Odyssey," an original wall-mounted sculpture by American artist Brenda Williams, 2012. Composed of a welded steel frame upon which are mounted various islands of mosaic and gold leafed compositions. Interspersed are various ceramic pieces that are rendered in different textures. The glass mosaic work evokes both ancient themes as well as mid-20th century forms. This is a wonderful, unique and inspiring wall sculpture.
