Set of 6 French Cherrywood Dining Chairs Attributed to Baptistin Spade
A set of six solid cherrywood dining chairs attributed to noted French designer Baptistin Spade C. 1940s. The chairs are Neoclassical in style, with paneled and tapered legs that end in solid brass sabot. The back rests have an "X" design and give a nod to Louis XVI furniture in a similar way as Maison Jansen. The chairs were acquired with an expandable cherrywood dining table that is shown in the last picture. That table is available in a separate listing.
